Leila Jahromi, MSc, PA-C, is a nationally certified physician assistant offering outpatient care at Sleep Services of Maryland LLC in Rockville and Germantown, Maryland.
Leila earned her medical doctorate and practiced medicine in Iran before moving to the United States. She completed a Master of Science in Biology at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, Alabama. She then went on to earn a Master of Physician Assitant Studies from Saint Elizabeth University in New Jersey.
She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants and worked at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and Comprehensive Neurology Services prior to joining the Sleep Services of Maryland LLC team.
As a professional physician assistant, Leila is trained to diagnose illnesses, develop and manage treatment plans, and prescribe medications. She often serves as a patient’s principal healthcare professional in collaboration with physicians. She strives to ensure all patients understand and feel confident in their treatment plans and sleep health.
