Ru He (Ruth), PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with more than eight years of experience in pulmonary and sleep medicine. She provides thorough, compassionate, and personalized care for individuals with sleep-related conditions at Sleep Services of Maryland LLC.

Ruth graduated from Central South University, Xiangya School of Medicine in China. She completed her Master of Physician Assistant Training at Drexel University in Philadelphia. Other than pulmonary and sleep medicine, she has practiced other specialties including family medicine, OBGYN, urgent care and gastroenterology. She has worked both in inpatient and outpatient settings and worked for Veterans Affair outpatient clinic in the past. Before entering clinical practice, she worked as a Senior Research Associate at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), where she contributed to several research projects and co-authored publications in peer-reviewed medical journals.
