I’ve been a patient for over 5yrs. Recently received a recall notice on my current machine. I contacted the office made an appointment and had new machine the next day.
Staff was very help setting up the new device and instructions on use.

This is the 1st sleep study of many sine 1996, which actually worked & got readings with a CPAP machine/mask!
I started this out at Georgetown Hospital in 1996 & many awful Hospital sleep studies since, but with no diagnosis except
“unknown excessive sleepiness due to unknown organic cause”.
I think your sleep study rooms are better and so beautifully decorated it looks so romantic I hate to not have a date there.
And the follow up calls & everyone from your practice is so professional!
I am looking forward to working with you & your associates from your practice on my sleep issues. I get my new ResMed sleep machine on Monday and this is Friday.
